Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of limestone Sorbent MIX to PGE Gornictwo i Energetyka Konwentytna S.A. Turow Power Plant branch, with qualitative parameters and according to the specification specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, in an estimated maximum amount of 24,000 mg.
2. They will be implemented on the basis of executive orders awarded by the Ordering Party as the Employer's needs emerged, in accordance with the conditions set out in the planned provisions of the framework agreement, constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. The description of the subject of the contract is an attachment to SWZ.
