Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the contractor to be delivered to the contracting authority of the liquid chromatograph with the DAD detector (HPLC-DAD), with equipment and components indicated in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the contract, hereinafter configuration
and checking and with maintenance inspections, removing defects and failures during the warranty period, training of employees in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, specified in Annex 2a (description of the subject of the contract - OPZ) to SWZ.
2. The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery by Contractor for the customer of a gas chromatographer coupled with a mass-type spectrometer, a triple quadrup (GC-MS/MS) with equipment and components, hereinafter referred to as the "device". The full scope and manner of performing the subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 2B -OPZ, to SWZ.
