Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel in non-cash transactions: 95-octane unleaded gasoline (Pb 95), diesel oil (ON), in the estimated quantity: 1) 95-octane unleaded gasoline 15,000 liters2) Diesel oil 32,000 liters 2. Detailed description of the item orders: 1) The subject of the order must meet: requirements specified in the relevant standards, in particular: a) for unleaded petrol (Pb 95) PN-EN 228: Fuels for motor vehicles Unleaded petrol Requirements and test methods, b) for diesel oil (ON) PN-EN 590 Fuels for motor vehicles Diesel oils Requirements and test methods, including Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) on quality requirements for liquid fuels.2) Successive purchase of fuel, i.e. 95 octane unleaded gasoline and diesel oil, will be in the cashless system using personal cards issued for employees indicated by the Ordering Party. 3) The Contractor will issue and deliver to the Ordering Party free of charge, no later than within 5 days from the Ordering Party's submission of a list of names, name cards for the employees indicated by The ordering party...
