Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of the above-mentioned quantities and types of liquid fuels (annual demand) for service vehicles and machines used by the District Road Authority in Mrgow in 2024, i.e. from January 1, 2024. until December 31, 2024, Estimatednew quantities and range of fuels to be supplied: unleaded petrol Pb 95 up to 2,500 liters, summer/winter diesel up to 28,500 liters, and fluids related to the operation of vehicles (engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, radiator fluids, brake fluids, distilled water, etc.), 2. Deliveries bdcarried out on the basis of ad hoc, cashless refueling at a gas station located in the city of Mrgowa., , , , 3. The Contractor guarantees good quality of fuel in accordance with applicable standards meeting the quality requirements specified for liquid fuels in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 92015 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680, as amended), 4.
