Description:
A. Part of the order No. I Name: Successive purchase of diesel oil (ON), unleaded gasoline (Pb98) and unleaded gasoline (Pb95) for service vehicles of the District Office in Ostrowiec Witokrzyski: 1) The subject of the order is refueling with diesel oil (ON), unleaded gasoline (Pb 98) and unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) vehicles of the District Office as well as canisters and barrels.2) The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase or reduce the amount of purchased fuel while maintaining permanent discounts indicated by the Contractor in the offer form. 3) The expected amount of fuel purchased during the duration of the contract will be approx. 27,500 liters for diesel fuel, 500 liters for Pb 98 and approx. 3,000 liters for Pb 95. The given amounts of fuel are approximate and not binding on the Ordering Party, and their purchase will be carried out in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party - up to a maximum of the financial resources allocated for this purpose in the budget.
