- The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels based on fuel cards or other documents for vehicles of the Forest Transport Center, consisting in providing a gas station to the Contractor to refuel the Ordering Party's vehicles, divided into assortment:
ON (standard: summer, transitionalwinter and winter) - 1,970,000 liters
Pb 95 - 15,300 liters
LPG - 4,700 liters
Fuel stations should be located throughout Poland (at least 3 stations in each voivodeship) and in selected towns of at least one station or outside but not the border of this citye further than 20 km.
It is allowed to collect fuel (ON, PB95) in canisters and sell services of non-fuel products available at the Contractor's gas stations.
Fuel stations must meet the requirements provided for in the regulations for gas stations, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment ofia July 24, 2023 on the technical conditions that should be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, liquid gas bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (Journal of Laws of 2023, item . 1707).
