Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for commercial vehicles and other equipment units for the Water Supply and Sewerage Plant in Wilcza for a period of 3 months, but not earlier than January 1, 2026 and not later than March 31, 2026.2. Estimated demand for fuel for vehicles and engine equipment during the expected period of execution of the subject of the order is respectively: a) unleaded petrol Pb 98 in the amount of 250 liters; b) standard diesel oil in the amount of 8,000 liters; 3. The Ordering Party's requirements and additional information: 1) terms of fuel purchase: a) refueling into vehicle tanks vehicles, b) refueling in containers provided by the Ordering Party; 2) settlement of fuel purchases will be made on the basis of records of fuel consumed, confirmed by the person issuing the fuel and collecting the fuel, kept separately for each vehicle; 3) The Contractor must ensure the possibility refueling from the Contractor's pump 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; 4) the basis for settling the purchase of liquid fuels during the term of the contract will be the prices applicable at the Contractor's gas station at the time of refueling by Order...
