Description:
1. The subject of the order is: - purchase of unleaded gasoline and diesel oil intended for refueling service cars and equipment at the disposal of the District Roads Authority in Midzyrzecz - purchases will be made successively on an ad hoc basis, using the cashless refueling or refueling card system WZ card issuance at external gas stations depending on the needs of the Ordering Party throughout the duration of the contract - planned quantity of fuel purchase: Unleaded petrol 8,000 l Diesel fuel 22,000 l - other purchases (i.e. AdBlue, windshield washer fluid, wiper blades, etc.) The Ordering Party indicates that the quantities given above are indicative quantities and may fluctuate. The Ordering Party has the right to purchase fuel during the term of the contract in the amount indicated above or in a smaller amount resulting from the Ordering Party's current needs.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ NOTE
