Description:
1. The subject of the order is the non-cash purchase of: diesel oil in an estimated quantity of up to 25,000 liters, - unleaded Pb 95 gasoline in an estimated quantity of up to 5,000 liters.2. The quantities indicated in section 1 are estimated quantities and may change during the order processing stage depending on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party will make purchases within the period specified in Chapter IV of the SWZ until the amount indicated in the contract is used.3. The fuel should meet the requirements contained in: Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Chapter II of the SWZ Description of the subject of the order. The remaining terms of the order execution were specified in the draft provisions of the contract Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.
