- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels from distributors at gas stations indicated by the Contractor in the period from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025, meeting the quality requirements for liquid fuels specified in the provisions of applicable law.2. I'll orderdoes not include the purchase of liquid fuels (successive refueling at the contractor's gas stations, vehicles and equipment used by the Water Supply, Sewerage and Sewage Treatment Plant Wod-Kan Sp. z o. o. in Mawa in the period from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025) or until exhaustion value of the subject of the Agreement. In connection withtherefore, the delivery can be made in smaller quantities. For this reason, the Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party. The given amounts of fuel are expected amounts and are used to evaluate offers.3. Estimated amounts of the ordering party's fuel demand during the implementation periodand Agreements: - Diesel oil approx. 22,000 liters, - Unleaded petrol PB 95 approx. 3,000 liters. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option - if the quantities of fuel covered by the order are exhausted or the possibility of compensating the quantities of one type of fuel for another type of fuel is exhausted, the Ordering Party...
