Description:
1) The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels (refueling at the Contractor's gas station) to the Ordering Party's motor vehicles in the following quantities: 1) Unleaded petrol Pb 95 liters 1200 -2) Diesel fuel diesel 50 liters 0003) Adblue liquid for diesel oil 600 liters (in containers approx. 18 20 liters) Offered fuels and liquids must meet the following quality standards: Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018) PN-EN 228 (for unleaded petrol 95) PN-EN 590 (for diesel oil) ISO 22241 (for AdBlue fluid) Contractor is obliged to provide fuel appropriate to the season: summer, winter and transitional. 2) The amounts of fuel indicated above should be treated as estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the entire subject of the order (but not less than 80%) during the term of the contract, if his actual needs will be lower than those ordered.3) The amount of the discount (expressed as a percentage) is constant during the contract implementation period.4) The contractor will guarantee continuity of deliveries and high quality throughout the contract implementation period. delivered...
