Description:
1. Part 1 of the order Delivery of unleaded petrol Pb 95 1) The order covers successive deliveries (according to the needs of the ordering party) of unleaded petrol Pb 95 in an estimated amount of 8,000 liters.2) Indicated in point. 1) the value is the projected demand of the Ordering Party during the period of contract implementation and cannot constitute grounds for the Contractor to make any claims (in particular for lost profits) if the Ordering Party purchased a smaller amount of fuel. The actual amount of fuel will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party during the contract implementation period.
