- Short description of the subject of the skew: 1. The subject of the postparting is the granting of a public polling on: supply of PYNY fuels for the KiK commune, 2. Estimated fuel demand for vehicles in the scheduled period of implementation of the subject of the sort of polish is, respectively :, a) non -voice ethyl PB 95 in the number 700 , 00 liters, b) ONDDO oil on 30,000.00 liters, c) the quantities of non -free gasoline and grass oil are appraised. Ordering will be the amount of fuel for actually collected. , d) Fuel refueling will be carried out in a non -suppressed form at the Contractor's gas stations, as the Employer needs need. , e) Price for the purchase of 1 liter of non -free ethyline and 1 liter of papid oil will be variable and results from the daily price of selling at the station (price from the distributor) with taking into account the discount of the discount indicated in the offer in the period. , f) The contractor will guarantee that the fuel has physicochemicals that guarantee appropriate as and will be required by the requirements specified in regulations and applicable standards. , g) In the event of interplicity, as to the quality of the ordering fuel, it will order a fuel examination in an authorized laboratory.
