- 1. The subject of the order is delivery - within the meaning of Art. 7 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law - liquid fuels for the Ordering Party's motor vehicles at the gas station in Wowo on the station's working days and hours from 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on working days. Fuel will be collected using fuel cards provided by the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a free (card with a microchip or magnetic pack secured by a PIN code) for the period of conclusion of the contract. At the same time, a fee schedule for replacement fuel cards (due to loss, theft, change of existing data, etc.) is allowed up to an amount not greater than PLN 10 per 1 piece. Each time after making a transaction, the refueling person (PGK employee) will be issued with a refueling confirmation (printout from the terminal), which contains all the details of the transaction. The collective settlement (issuing a VAT invoice) will take place at the end of the settlement period together with an attached list of transactions, including at least: type of fuel, vehicle registration number, fuel card number, location and number of the fuel station, date of the transaction, quantity of fuel, gross fuel price, due price discount for fuels.
