Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the supply of liquid fuels for municipal vehicles: fire trucks, buses, backhoe loaders, graders, tractors and buses, as well as combustion equipment such as lawn mowers, tree cutting saws, etc. belonging to the Obrowo Commune.2. Estimated fuel demand for vehicles and combustion equipment during the period of order execution is as follows: 1) diesel oil (ON) in the amount of approx. 80,000 liters, 2) unleaded petrol 95 (Pb 95) in the amount of approx. 3,000 liters, 3) unleaded petrol 98 (Pb 98) in the amount of approx. 500 liters, 4) adblue in the amount of approx. 500 liters3. Fuel quantities given in point 2 are indicative quantities and do not bind the Ordering Party, and their purchase will be carried out according to. current needs up to the contractual value, with the minimum scope of benefit being 40%.4. Deliveries will be made on the basis of ad hoc tanks: 1) to the tanks of motor vehicles, 2) to containers delivered by the Ordering Party at the gas station or stations of the Contractor who submitted the most advantageous offer.
