Brief description of the subject of the order: PART 1:, 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels to vehicles used by the Provincial Road Traffic Center in Czstochowa at ul. Hallera 1, ensuring cashless settlement of transactions, in the following range and expectedspecified) quantities:, - unleaded petrol Pb 95 8,000 liters, - diesel oil 17,100 liters, - LPG gas 17,100 liters, 2. The execution of the subject of the order will be carried out on a successive, cashless basis, refueling directly into the fuel tanks vehicles, at gas stations that I have at my disposalthem by the Contractor, meeting the requirements specified in legal regulations for fuel stations., 3. Due to the specific nature of the activity conducted by the Ordering Party, the Contractor must have at least one fuel station enabling non-cash purchase of fuels covered by the subject of the order, open at leastfrom 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on all days of the week, located no more than 6 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters in Czstochowa at ul.
