- The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels (unleaded petrol 95-Pb 95, diesel oil - ON). Diesel oil will be delivered to a fuel tank with a capacity of 5,000 liters located on the premises of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej w Poacu Sp. z o. o. street Krakowska 11, 28-230 Poaniec. Disposable the amount of diesel fuel supplied will be not less than 4,000 liters and not more than 5,000 liters. The receipt of the diesel fuel delivered by the Contractor to the fuel tanks will be each time confirmed by a WZ document signed by persons authorized by the Ordering Party. Successive refueling of unleaded petrol will be carried out according to demand at the Contractor's fuel sales point.
