- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of liquid fuels for the needs of the Rawicz Commune in 2026 to the Municipal Services Plant in Rawicz, for service vehicles and equipment indicated in Annex 1 to the contract2. Liquid fuels must be purchased in the Rawicz Commune. The Contractor will ensure the Ordering Party's implementation purchases of liquid fuel at at least one gas station located in the city - Rawicz Commune on all days of the month, through non-cash transactions. The gas station should be open 24 hours a day. The offer must include the fuel stations intended for the order and their location (address).3. When refueling, the following will be recorded: date, quantity, type of fuel refueling, vehicle registration number, etc.4. The Contractor will charge the Ordering Party a collective invoice for fuel purchases made in a given period in accordance with the provisions contained in the draft contract. Payment will be made by transfer to a bank account provided by the Contractor in the invoice.5. The quality of the offered fuels should meet the requirements contained in the applicable regulations, in particular the Act of August 25, 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system in the Regulation Mi...
