Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for the needs of the Sawkw Commune. The implementation of the order will consist in ad hoc, cashless refueling of fuel (including using the so-called fuel cards) to the tanks of vehicles owned by the Sawkw Commune or to canisters to power the equipment. In justified cases, cash transactions are allowed. In matters relating to non-cash transactions using the so-called fuel cards and settlements between the parties, not regulated in the Draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be incorporated into the content of this contract, the document generally applicable to the Contractor (regulations, instructions, etc.) will apply, which will constitute an annex to the contract, which will be its integral part. 2. The scope of the order includes the supply of: 1) unleaded E 95 (E5) petrol in an estimated quantity of up to 638 liters, 2) diesel oil (B7) in an estimated quantity of up to 23,200 liters, 3) AdBlue fluid in an estimated quantity of up to 116 liters. 3.
