- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for the Veterinary Inspection of the Provincial Veterinary Inspectorate in Wroclaw (IW WIW) in a cashless system using fuel cards and the provision of additional services. The subject of the order includes the supply (refueling) of liquid fuels, i.e. 95 octane unleaded gasoline and diesel oil at gas stations belonging to the Contractor's station network. Refueling will take place directly into the Ordering Party's vehicles and into canisters. the provision of additional services by the Contractor includes the provision of services regarding the purchase of AdBlue fluid (purchase of fluid in containers or refueling directly from the distributor) and washing the Ordering Party's motor vehicles in automatic car washes located at the contractor's or its partners' gas stations in a cashless system using fuel cards and providing cashless settlement of travel toll services highways and other toll road sections in Poland. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in the Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ), the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Contract Template constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.
