Description:
1) Part No. 1: Delivery of liquid fuels and oils for the needs of Road District No. 1 in Ostroda for 2026. The order will be implemented according to the needs of the Ordering Party up to an amount not exceeding PLN 349,949.00 gross in 2026. The Contractor will ensure the supply of liquid fuels with quality parameters corresponding to at least the parameters specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws 2024.1018, as amended) on quality requirements for liquid fuels. In particularly justified cases, the Ordering Party allows refueling vehicles with fuel in canisters, and small equipment will be refueled was carried out in canisters. In the winter, the Contractor will deliver the ordered diesel oil adapted to low temperatures.
