Description:
TASK NO. 1 "Delivery of liquid fuels for the Waste Transport Plant and the Maintenance Department." Approximate annual fuel supply demand: a) diesel oil (ON) approx. 270,000 liters b) unleaded petrol (Pb 95) approx. 200 liters TASK NO. 2 "Delivery and transport of diesel fuel to the Waste Management Plant.” Approximate demand for fuel delivery and transport: a) diesel oil (ON) approx. 60,000 liters Description of the subject of the order: I. Approximate annual demand for fuel supply: a) oil diesel (ON) approx. 270,000 liters b) unleaded petrol (Pb 95) approx. 200 liters II. Contract duration: 1. The contract will be concluded for the period from the date of signing the contract to December 31, 2026. 2. The contract is terminated when the total amount is used intended for the implementation of the task. III. Ordering party's comments: 1. Fuels that are the subject of the order must meet the standards applicable in Poland z Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels 2. The Ordering Party allows the use of fuel cards to record deliveries under the following conditions: a) cards will be issued free of charge in the quantity according to the list provided by the Ordering Party, b) it will be possible to use the card purchase only fuels that are the subject of the contract; c) the card will be assigned to a specific vehicle or equipment; d) the card will record: - date and time of the transaction, - type purchased...
