Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for the operation of motor vehicles and equipment used by the District Roads Authority in uków, Road and Bridge District in Stoczek ukowski, ul. Kocielna 11: a) unleaded petrol PB 95 incl quantities 1,500 L; b) diesel oil in a total amount of 10,000 L. The above-mentioned amounts of fuel should be treated as estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the entire subject of the order during the term of the contract if its actual needs are smaller than ordered. If the amount of fuel purchased during the term of the contract is less than the amount presented, the Ordering Party has the right to withdraw from further purchases of fuel without any financial consequences and compensation to the Contractors. 2. Fuel delivery, in the form of refueling the tanks of the Ordering Party's vehicles and equipment at the Contractor's gas station, will be carried out successively, depending on the needs of the Road and Bridge Circuit in Stoczek Ukowski, in the cashless sales system.
