Description:
The subject of the public procurement is the successive supply of liquid fuels to supply the vehicles of the Ldek Zdrj District, i.e. unleaded gasoline E 95 - CPV code 09132100-4 and diesel oil - CPV code - 09134100-8, carried out in the form of cashless settlement of transactions at the Contractor's gas station.2. The order includes the following types of fuel and their estimated quantities: 1) 100 liters of unleaded gasoline E 95.2) 30,000 liters of diesel oil.3. The offered fuel should meet the quality requirements for liquid fuels: motor gasoline (unleaded) and diesel oil specified in the regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 9, 2008 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and the regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016. regarding quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy oils will be used fuel oils (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008). 4.
