The subject of the order includes the purchase of fuel: 1) diesel oil, 2) unleaded gasoline Pb 95.3) unleaded gasoline Pb 98.4) ADBLUE for vehicles and devices of Technika Komunalna TEKOM Sp. z o.o3.2 Estimated quantities of liquid fuels: - diesel oil in the amount of 78,000 liters - unleaded petrol Pb 95 in the amount of 1,500 liters - unleaded petrol Pb 98 in the amount of 1,500 liters - ADBLUE in the amount of 1,500 liters.3.3 The offered liquid fuels must meet the applicable Polish Fuel Quality Standard and the requirements resulting from the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of October 19, 2005. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (D.U. No 216 of 2005, item 1825 from Mon. amended). 3.4 The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the quantities specified in point 3.2.3.5. The Contractor is not entitled to claim compensation against the Ordering Party for not using the quantities specified in point 3.3.3.6.
