The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for vehicles, machines and devices of the District Road Authority in Bielsk Podlaski in 2026: Part No. 1: Delivery of liquid fuels for vehicles, machines and devices equipped with the road circuit in Bielsk Podlaski - forecasted delivery quantities: Unleaded gasoline 95 6500 Ldiesel fuel 78000 L2. The delivered fuels should meet quality requirements in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024.1018).3. The fuel quantities specified are average estimates and as such, they cannot constitute the basis for the Contractor to make any claims regarding the amount of fuel actually purchased by the Ordering Party during the execution of the contract regarding this public procurement. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit or increase the scope of the contract quantity and product range, if, for economic reasons, current needs or other reasons, it is not in the interest of the Ordering Party.4.
