Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of: 1) diesel oil - in an estimated quantity of approx. 32,000 liters, in accordance with the PN EN 590:2022-08 standards, Announcement No. 2025/BZP 00550779/01 of 2025-11-242025-11-24 Bulletin Public Procurement Order notice - The order is awarded in the basic mode based on: art. 275 point 1 of the Act - Supplies2) of unleaded petrol - in an estimated quantity of approx. 100 liters, in accordance with the PN - EN 228+A1:2017-06 standard, for vehicles and devices at the disposal of the Ordering Party - Migrd Forest District. A detailed list of vehicles with the right to refuel will be an annex to the signed fromContractorcum. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the list of vehicles by changing the annex to the contract.2. Liquid fuels must be purchased within the Migrd commune. The Contractor will ensure that the Ordering Party will purchase liquid fuel at at least one gas station located in the city of Migrda, in a maximum distance of 5 km from the headquarters of the Forest District, on all days of the month, through cashless transactions.
