Description:
Package No. 1 DELIVERY OF LIQUID MEDICAL OXYGEN TO TANKS WITH VAPORIZERS OWNED BY THE ORDERING PARTY: a) Successive deliveries of liquid oxygen to the Ordering Party's tank SCS11/18.5 bar with a capacity of 10,900 kg together with an evaporator located at the Ordering Party's headquarters at Pavilion No. 4 and successive delivery of liquid oxygen to the Ordering Party's SCS 6/18.5 bar tank with a capacity of 6,400 kg, together with an evaporator located at the Ordering Party's premises at Pavilion No. 2, No. 3; b) The Contractor is obliged to adapt the refueling connection to the tanks within 1 day from the commencement of the implementation of the contract oxygen of the Ordering Party in order to be able to supply the tank with liquid medical oxygen (if it is necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract) on its own and at its own expense; c) The Contractor is obliged to make partial deliveries on the basis of those sent by post electronically, to the e-mail address provided by the Contractor for orders placed by an employee of the Ordering Party.
