Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a loading trolley to the car wash to the ordering office in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1 to the NIN.
Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
The other terms of the contract are determined by the projectAgreements, constituting Annex 3 to the NIN. Specification.

Required date and terms of the order
delivery dateequipment: up to 4 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The Contractor undertakes on the day of delivery of the subject of the contract to conduct the training of the ordering personnel at its headquarters - os. Golden Autumn 1, Krakow or assurances at your own expense by a third party. The training will stayconfirmed by the issue of personal certificates.
Co -financing of the order under the project: "Modernization and extension of the Diagnostics, Combined Treatment, Pharmacotherapy and Pharmaceutical Care over oncologically illness in the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow" underNational Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity.
