Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a loading trolley to the car wash to the ordering office in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 1 to the NIN.
Offers not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
Other terms of the contract are determined by the project contracts, constituting Annex 3 to the NIN. Specifications.

The required date and terms of the order processing
Delivery date equipment: up to 4 weeks from the date of the contract.
Golden Autumn 1, Krakow or assurances at your own expense by a third party. The training will stay confirmed by the issue of personal certificates.
Co -financing of the contract under the project: "Modernization and extension of the Diagnostic Facility, Combined Treatment, Pharmacotherapy and Pharmaceutical Care on oncologically ill in the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital National Plan of Reconstruction and Increased immunity. Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system".
