- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a low -distinctional spray for precious metals and coal, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the Faculty of Biology at the University of Gdańsk.
2. The order includes:
1) delivery, assembly, installation and launch of equipment,
2) training at least 2 employeesEmployer in the field of hardware and software. The contractor is obliged to conduct training no later than within the time limit in chapter IV.
3. Classification code of the common order dictionary (CPV): 38000000-5 (laboratory, optical and precise equipment
(exceptglass)).
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is determined by the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ.
5. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for the subject of the contract for a period of 12 months. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
