The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of 99 luggage racks for type 111A second-class carriages. and 112A first class in the amount of 34 pieces in accordance with specification no. 111A-40-112A-40-ST-010-03. We guarantee acceptance of 133 wagons, and orders for additional wagons at the turn of the next 5 years will be called from the framework agreement (additional 181 wagons under option rights). Requirements: in accordance with the attached specification number 111A-40-112A-40-ST-010-03. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer),2. Delivery time for the first sets from the moment placing an official order/signing a contract - subsequent deliveries will be made in accordance with the previously agreed schedule, please confirm delivery dates for repeat orders, 3. Validity period of the offer,4. Warranty terms for 48 months counted from the date of receipt of the wagons5. Conditions deliveries - required DAP acc. Incoterms 2020,6. Contact person,7.
