The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the delivery of LV apparatus cabinet structures for 99 second-class 111A and 34 first-class 112A type wagons, in accordance with documentation No. 112A-4032162110-1-00. We guarantee the acceptance of LV apparatus cabinet structures for 133 wagons, and orders for subsequent wagons at the turn of the next 5 years will be made under the framework agreement (314 wagons in total). Requirements: in accordance with the attached documentation No. 112A-4032162110-1-00. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and payment terms (30-day transfer),2. Delivery time for the first sets from the moment of placing the official order/signing the contract - subsequent deliveries will be made in accordance with the previously agreed schedule, please confirm delivery dates for repeat orders, 3. Validity period of the offer,4. Warranty conditions for min. 48 months from the date of receipt wagons, 5. Delivery conditions - required DAP acc. Incoterms 2020,6. Contact person,7. Declaration of compliance with requirements/guarantee of delivery of technical and quality documentation in accordance with the attached documentation.
