- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of brand new, specialized equipment for processing, including glass recycling. The indicated configuration of machines and devices should enable the expansion of the glass recycling line operating at the Ordering Party's plant in Marszow with a module identical to existing (increasing efficiency) + module for glass recovery from 3-10 mm fractions and a quality control module. All machines and devices required by the Ordering Party must be adapted to work with cullet.
2. General requirements for machines and devices:
1) They must be brand new, produced no later than 2025.
The Ordering Party requires the delivery of machines and devices that are the subject of the order, which are available on the market in the offered condition configuration, and their quality has been confirmed in operational practice by end users, and a given model of the offered device has already been produced and sold in at least two copies in the indicated configuration (applicable to a given device).
4) They cannot be devices demonstrative, used for presentations or tests, excluding tests carried out in the manufacturer's quality control department.
5) The devices must be complete, equipped and prepared in a way that enables their safe installation, connection, configuration and operation.
