- The subject of the order is the supply of machines as part of a targeted subsidy for own tasks carried out by Local Government Units under the "Civil Protection and Civil Defense program for 2025-2026".
Part 1 Delivery of a backhoe loader
1)The subject of the delivery is the delivery of a backhoe loader, meeting the requirements in accordance with the regulations regarding road traffic and the operation of construction machines, brand new, unused, complete, ready for use, technically efficient, free from physical, legal, construction, material and workmanship defects. 2)Technical requirements: a)Full technical efficiency confirmed by the manufacturer. b)Equipped with all necessary operating fluids. c) Refueling to the minimum level specified by the manufacturer. 3) Additional services: a) Training of two of the Ordering Party's operators in the construction and operation of a backhoe loader. b) Transport, insurance, loading and unloading. c)Installation and commissioning. 4) Documentation and certificates: a) Certificates of approval for sale and use in the Republic of Poland. b)User manual in Polish. c) Warranty card. d) The machine being the subject of delivery must have appropriate certificates and approvals and reports authorizing sale and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 5) The Ordering Party requires at least a 24-month warranty for the offered backhoe loader. 6) A detailed description of the machine is included in the Technical Specification Form of the offered machine, constituting Annex No. 4.1 to the SWZ. 7) Sz... - Documents:
