Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of magnetic resonance imaging with equipment, installation, starting and transport, unloading and bringing (at the cost and risk of the Contractor) in the manner and place indicated by the Ordering Party, a monument to the baptism of Poland in Gniezno at ul. May 3 37 together with the adaptation of the rooms.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2 to SWZ - Description of the required technical parameters (OPZ) and Annex 11 to SWZ - description of construction works.
3. The Employer allows the submission of equivalent offers.
Detailed regulations were specified in SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of magnetic resonance imaging with equipment, installation, starting and transport, unloading and lodging (at the cost and risk of the Contractor) in the manner and place indicated by the Ordering Party, to the hospital The Baptism Monument of Poland in Gniezno at ul. 3 Maja 37 with the adaptation of the rooms.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 2 to SWZ - Description of the required technical parameters (OPZ) and Annex 11 to SWZ - description of construction works.
3. The Ordering Party allows submission of offers equivalent.
