- 1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of magnetic resonance imaging along with the preparation of design documentation, assembly and commissioning for Copernicus PL Sp. z o. o.
2. The subject of the contract consists of 1 part, the detailed description, assortment and quantity of which are included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Objectu Orders (hereinafter referred to as OPZ).
3. The grounds for excluding Contractors from the procedure are as follows:
- in Art. 108 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, which occurred in the relevant period specified in Art. 111 of the Public Procurement Law, - in Art. 7 sec. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions in the field of countermeasuresto support aggression against Ukraine and to protect national security,
- in art. 5k sec. 1 of Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of 8 April 2022 amending Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilizing thetuacjΔ na Ukrainie.
