1. The subject of the order is the delivery of magnetic resonance imaging with artificial intelligence 1.5Teslowe together with modernization works (general construction and installation) - adaptation of the MRI laboratory and modernization of the patient's anesthesia in the MRI laboratory in the multi -specialist hospital SP ZOZ in Nowa Sol
2. The contracting authority divided the subject of the order into parts and put itIndividual parts in the purchasing (proceedings) plan for 2025. Individual parts are announced in accordance with the purchasing plan in subsequent tender proceedings
3. Description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The scope of the order includes delivery to the headquarters of the Ordering Party,Its unloading, bringing
to the rooms indicated by the Employer, modernization of rooms, assembly,
installation, integration with hospital IT systems, launching and conducting
service training.
