1. The subject of the order is the supply of magnetic resonance imaging with the artificial intelligence with
with modernization works (general construction and installation) - adaptation of the MRI studio and modernization of the room for anesthesia in the MRI studio
at the multi -specialist hospital of SP ZOZ in Nowa Sol
2. The contracting authority divided the subject of the order into parts and took individual parts In the purchasing (proceedings) plan for 2025. Individual parts are announced in accordance with the purchasing plan in subsequent tender proceedings
3. Description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
4. The scope of the order includes delivery to the seat of the Ordering Party, its unloading, bringing
to the rooms indicated by the Employer, modernization of rooms, assembly,
installation, integration with hospital information systems, launch and conducting
service training.
5. Modernization of rooms in magnetic resonance imaging is determined by Annexes 1A, 1B. 1c, 1d.:
a) Annex No. 1a - projection of rooms of the magnetic resonance imaging laboratory at the hospital Radiology Department of SPZOZ in Nowa Sol.
b) Annex 1B - design documentation regarding the assembly hole.
c) Annex 1C - Archival documentation - Adaptation of rooms to make the studio Magnetic resonance imaging.
