Description:
Delivery of magnetic resonance imaging together with adaptation of the rooms of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory related to the installation of a new magnetic resonance imaging device. The subject of the order includes: - one-time delivery and installation of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, adaptation of the rooms of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory related to the installation of a new magnetic resonance imaging device in accordance with the scope specified in Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ together with with the as-built technical documentation of the adaptation works performed, carrying out the measurements referred to in point 219 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as training of the Employer's staff referred to in points 225-228 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - up to 90 days from the date signing the contract, - full warranty and service included in the offer price: a minimum of 24 months for the delivered subject of the order from the date of protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract, - warranty for the subject of the order: from the date of protocol receipt of the subject of the contract on principles and within the deadline specified in the Civil Code. The Ordering Party requires that the implementation of the subject of the order be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no serious damage") for environmental purposes resulting from Art. 17 of the European Parliament Regulation and of the Council (EU) 2020/852 of 18/06/2020 and the conditions set out in Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 February 2021 establishing an Instrument for Recovery and...
