Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of MGO - DMA marine fuel in accordance with the ISO 8217:2017 DMA standard or equivalent and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of October 7, 2015 on the requirements for sulfur content in marine fuel, including the method of its sulfur content.marking (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1665) regarding ships of Polish nationality and staying in Polish sea areas (sulfur content cannot exceed 0.10% m/m) for the ship "NAWIGATOR XXI" during a period of 9 months from the date of signing the contract, but no longer than until December 31, 2024
Nautical fuelmarine fuel must meet the requirements of Polish and EU quality standards, be free from physical and legal defects and must be admitted to legal circulation within the EU.
Marine fuel must meet the ISO 8217: 2017 DMA standard or equivalent, the sulfur content cannot exceed 0.10 % m/m, densityfuel quantity must be higher than 0.82 g/cm3 at 15oC and lower than 0.86 g/cm3 at 15oC.
The estimated quantity of fuel ordered during the contract period is 225 tons.
Delivery conditions, i.e.: method of delivery, method of sampling, right to complaint are specified in the contract template (Appendix No. 3 dabout SWZ).
Delivery terms: DDP ship Nawigator XXI according to Incoterms 2020, location of the ship in accordance with §3 section 2 of the contract template.
