Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of marked and unmarked passenger vehicles, unmarked vans and a tow truck for the Police Headquarters in Łodź.
2. The ordering party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in
scope lack of grounds for exclusion and fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings (Article 139(1) of the Act on Public Procurement. 3. In connection with the application of the procedure under Art. 139 section 1, the Ordering Party does not require the submission of the declaration referred to in Art. 125 section 1uPzp. The ordering party will demand this declaration only from the contractor whose offer receives the highest score. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 points 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure.
part 1 - Delivery of 15 unmarked C-segment station wagon passenger vehicles
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 15 passenger vehicles unmarked C-segment station wagon.
2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
3. Vehicles must be brand new, manufactured in 2025, a model currently manufactured by the manufacturer, within one task of the same model, version, variant and equipment, approved for trade, free from technical and legal defects.
