Description:
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of mass spectrometer for markings of cancer parameters and markers for the National Oncology Institute. Maria Skłodowska - Curie - National Research Institute of the Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Employer.
2. Description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are included in the:
1) description of the subject of the contract and assortment and price specification - Annex 2.1 - 2.2 to SWZ,
2) the planned provisions of the contract, which will be entered into the content of the contract - Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. Offers not containing full the scope of the subject of the order will be rejected.
4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting equivalent offers - the equivalence description was included in Chapter IV SWZ.
5. The Purchaser does not provide for an electronic auction and complementary orders.
6. Information on joint applying Contractors for the award of the contract were included in Chapter IX SWZ.
7. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of amending the provisions of the concluded contract (so -called contract changes based on Article 455 (1) point 1 of the Act) in relation to the content of the offer, on the basis of which the contractor was selected, in accordance with the terms contained in Annex 4 to SWZ. Amendment to the contract may also take place in the cases referred to in art. 455 para. 1 points 2-4 and para. 2 of the PZP Act.
