Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a mass spectrometer with plasma inductively excited ICP-MS controlled from an external PC set with software in a set with a bioinerted liquid chromatograph with DAD detector for special analysis and in the standard system as well as a microwave mineralizerto prepare attempts before the analysis together with its installation and training of the Employer's staff.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was included in Annex 1 (OPZ) and Annex 7 to SWZ (planned provisions of the contract).
3. The contracting authority does not divide the order into partsAnd thus, it does not allow submission of partial offers. Justification: The order is fully adapted to the needs of small and medium -sized enterprises
within the meaning of the Annex I to the Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014. The purpose of the order is to ensure comprehensive andcompatible set for preparation and analysis of environmental and organic samples. The lack of division of the order into parts reduces the risk of technological non -compliance between individual elements of the system and simplifies the implementation process - from delivery, through installation, to starting andPersonnel training also eliminates the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors, which would involve additional excessive costs and organizational difficulties, and as a consequence could threaten the timely and correct performance of the order.
