Description:
1. Order includes the purchase along with the supply of materials to the construction of the contribution, as well as the water network and sanitary sewage system with the required technical parameters given in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ, which contains the description of the minimum requires technical and functional regarding the subject of the pollination. 2. Performer It may be offensive construction materials placed on the market, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 16 April 2004 on construction products (vol. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213), the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (vol. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) and the Act of 30 August 2022 year on the compliance assessment system (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 215). All supplied materials must be brand new. 3. The materials offered by the contractor may not have worse parameters required by the contracting authority. Offering parameters worse than indicated by the ordering means It will not be required by the order, which, as a consequence, will be effective by rejecting the offer pursuant to art. 226 para. 1 point 5 of the PZP.4 Act.
