Description:
1. Part I of the order, i.e.: Delivery of materials for the construction of a sanitary sewage system in the town of Januszewice. Deliveries will be made successively and will include the material indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 4a to the SWZ, in quantities corresponding to the needs of the Ordering Party. Quantities indicated in Appendix No. 4a to the SWZ are the maximum quantities. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the quantity of individual materials (assortments) of the subject of the order. The Contractor is not entitled to any claims due to the Ordering Party ordering a smaller quantity than that indicated in Annex No. 4a to SWZ. The minimum value of the parties' performance will be 60% of the contract value.2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order and technical parameters are set out in: Appendix No. 4a to SWZ.3. General requirements regarding the properties of materials and products: As part of the order, the Contractor may only offer construction products introduced into the marketing, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of April 16, 2004 on construction products, the Construction Law and the Act on the conformity assessment system.
