- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fingerprinting materials for the needs of the Police units of the MaΕopolska garrison, with the following division into tasks:
1) Task 1 - Delivery of foil envelopes, drying envelopes, cardboard boxes, bands, tapes;
2) Task 2 - Delivery of pastes silicone;
3)Acourse 3 - Delivery of powders;
4) Task 4 - Delivery of fingerprint pads, GSR kit, and traseological concentrate;
5) Task 5 - Delivery of chemical assortment;
6) Task 6 - Delivery of materials for forensic technicians: tweezers, brushes, numbers , scales, pouches, handbags, etc.
2.Pcsthe detailed description of the subject and the size of the order are included in Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Terms of Order - price form.
3. The maximum order quantity is specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - price form.
4. Deliveries will be made to the warehouse of the Department of Economy of MateriaΕowo-Techniczna KWP located in the city of Krakow (ul. Mogilska 109). The Ordering Party requires a properly secured delivery, appropriate for a given product range.
5. Length of the warranty period in the scope of:
a) Tasks No. 1-4, not shorter than 12 months from each delivery.
b) Task No. 5not shorter than 6 months from each delivery;
c) Task No. 6, not shorter than 12 months from each delivery.
6. The trade names indicated by the Ordering Party in the Description of the subject of the order are provided only as examples of products meeting specific requirements and do not oblige the Contractor... - Documents:
