3.1. The subject of the order is the supply of an electronic tester of abrasion according to the Elmendorf method to the headquarters of the Ordering Party: research network Łukasiewicz, Łodź Technology Institute, Laboratory of Research of Materials and Unit Packaging, ul. Konstancińska 11, 02-942 Warsaw.
3.2.informs that the subject of the contract has not been divided into parts due to the fact that it is one undivided whole.
3.3. The failure to submit the possibility of submitting partial offers.
