- Description:
- The subject of the public order is the delivery (using the Contractor's own transport, together with bringing it to the warehouse) of meat and cold cuts according to the assortment and in the quantities specified in the Price Form, constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The order covers successive deliveries of meat and cold cuts according to the orders placed by of the Ordering Party, to the catering point of Uzdrowisko Horyniec Sp. z o. o. Deliveries will be made at least three times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., based on telephone orders placed the previous day. The meat and cold cuts supplied must be fresh, without any signs of spoilage, no frozen, produced and delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Sanitary Inspectorate and the HACCAP system. Each delivered product must have an expiration date. The contractor must have all legally required veterinary documents regarding the origin and slaughter of animals that were used to prepare delivery assortment and make them available at the request of the Ordering Party or authorized services. In the event of two untimely deliveries due to the fault of the Contractor or the Contractor twice delivering goods of poor quality, the Ordering Party will terminate the contract. supplies...
