- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of meat and fish canned. The subject of the contract must meet the terms, parameters, warranty periods specified in the description of the subject of the contract (minimum quality requirements) constituting Annex 4 to SWZ, in the assortment and quantities in accordance with the price form- Annex 3 to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ. 2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract and the manner of execution of the contract include the proposed provisions of the contract (together with attachments). 3. The donation will be implemented on a business day, i.e. from Monday toThursday from 8.00 to 13.00, on Friday from 8.00 to 11.00, in addition to public holidays within the agreed period between the Contractor and the Ordering Party (by phone, fax or e -mail) in advance two full business days. 4. Transport and insurance skillsTransport to the Employer is borne by the contractor. The contracting authority requires a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract onconditions in accordance with the subject of the subject of the contract. 6. According to art. 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019.
